Protein Pantry operates under Florida’s Cottage Food Law. Our products are homemade in a residential kitchen and are prepared, packaged, and stored in accordance with applicable Florida cottage food requirements. Cottage food operations are not subject to routine Florida food establishment inspection or permitting requirements. By purchasing from Protein Pantry, you acknowledge that our products are made in a cottage food operation and accept the associated terms and conditions.

No Returns & Refunds

Because our products are freshly prepared food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the perishable nature of our products.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with you to make it right.

We cannot accept responsibility for products that have been improperly stored or handled after pickup or delivery.

Storage & Freshness

For the best taste and texture, refrigerate your Bundt cake as soon as possible after pickup or delivery.

Refrigerated: Enjoy within 5–7 days for best quality.
Frozen: Cakes may be frozen for longer-term storage. Wrap tightly or store in an airtight freezer-safe container and thaw in the refrigerator before enjoying.

For the best texture, allow refrigerated cake to sit at room temperature for a short time before serving.

Important: Keep refrigerated and do not leave the cake at room temperature for extended periods. Discard the product if it develops an unusual odor, appearance, or signs of spoilage.
